The Commercial VCT offers an online role-play. In this digital role-play, the candidate being an account manager has to deal with four customers or prospects. Every customer has his own procurement style. The entire sales process is played out, from initial contact to product presentation, objection removal, negotiation, consumer relations and aftersales.
The test identifies a number of commercial competences and commercial insights: customer focus, conversational skills, ability to influence, problem-solving capability, result-driven approach and immunity to stress.
